A few minor things (battery box, light lenses, seat cushion for my tender a$$) and she is done. A fun project with no real need for the end result but she brings back memories of cultivating acres upon acres of spinach as a teen. If anybody has a cub attachment LMK I may be interested.

It's beautiful. My brother (77 yr old) needs to get on the stick and finish our grandfather's Cub. I believe it's all cosmetic work now.

Where did you farm. Not too many states producing it.

Years ago I bought 1947 Ford 2N tractor for my 22 acres from a Dyson (can't remember his first name}.
I had lots of grass to cut and it came with a bushhog. It was a beast. It's somewhere on the property (unless SIL didn't get rid of it)
Good, but hard, times for me. I was a little bit of a badass at the time, lol. I learned what I was really made of.

We had a Super AV we used to cultivate/weed rows of plants in the nursery. Those As run smooth and run forever.
I have done a '53 Ford Jubilee, and a '52 Allis Chalmers WD, both for a friend , and the Cub for myself. Next project will be either a Farmall A or B or a John Deere B.

I had my FIL's Allis Chalmers too. When my husband passed all kinds of people came to get it (and anything they thought they'd get).
I learned so much at that time. I swore everything would rust before I gave it away. The tractor's , boat, shotgun, my GSD's, literally everything. They did me a great service. They pissed me off and made me wake up! PS they got nothing.
They actually saved me without even knowing it. I'm thankful for that.
