This guy managed to get into a vehicle that was not his and kiss a 3 year old before the child's mother or a witness noticed him getting in that car? That is Scary! This guy does not show any remorese for what he has already done wrong or any indication he can or wants to control his impulses where children are concerned. IMO he should never be allowed anywhere around children again with this attitude.
