How do I send the above youtube clip to myself to forward to some friends?

Wait until the very end, or slide the clip through to the end and it will give you an option to copy either the URL or to copy information to embed it in another site. Copy the URL and email that to yourself, it will take you straight to the YouTube page.

There is also an add-on from Mozilla that will allow you to save videos like those from YouTube directly to your hard drive.
