I was going to wait for the official word, but I can't. I just got the call that contract award is about to happen! Like today sometime!!!! Mrs. Railroad would be dancing a jig if she could!!! The Good Lord is definitely running the show on this one! I just paid May's bills this week, and didn't know how I was going to pay June's bills; and NOBODY works on CWS Fridays, but evidently somebody is today!!! Big prayers of thanks are going up from THIS house today!

I'm an independent (aka self-employed) analyst, supporting another contractor organization in providing technical and management support services to NAVAIR's PMA-290 (Maritime Patrol Aircraft) and PMA-264 (Advanced Anti-Submarine Warfare systems). My specialty is in acquisition management and logistics support planning and development for aircraft mission avionics systems. The effort to renew the contract began in November. I haven't worked since the previous contract expired on January 20th.
