Would THIS face lie?
This was sent to me from my brother and it sure is true...Read on:

I didn't write this but if I did, the only change would be removing the part about "not condoning" what was done. These are friggin terrorist animals who spit & throw their bodily excrements on our soldiers. They live better in the prison than they ever could under sadaam. The only thing I'm mad about is that our soldiers allowed this to get out~!! Special thanks to the LIBERAL media for once again spinning their one sided view.....

I am not condoning what happened to the Iraqi prisoners...
however, I think it is vitally important that in my head I
have these matters in proper perspective...

* Saddam had Iraqi men, women and children put to death in
human meat grinders on a daily basis... NO OUTCRY FROM THE
IRAQI PEOPLE OR THE ARAB COMMUNITY...

*Saddam had people thrown off of 3 - 4 story buildings,
while their relatives were forced to watch... NO OUTCRY FROM
THE IRAQI PEOPLE OR THE ARAB COMMUNITY...

* Saddam had people's tongues cut out, limbs chopped off and even beheaded, while their families were forced to watch...
NO OUTCRY FROM THE IRAQI PEOPLE OR THE ARAB COMMUNITY...

* Saddam's sons, as well as other Administrators and
military personnel raped and sodomized Iraqi girls, some as
young as 8 years old, on a daily basis... NO OUTCRY FROM THE
IRAQI PEOPLE OR THE ARAB COMMUNITY...

* Saddam's regime indiscriminately put to death millions of
Iraqi citizens on a daily basis, during the term of his
brutal dictatorship, as evidenced by the mass graves
recently uncovered in various parts of Iraq... NO OUTCRY
FROM THE IRAQI PEOPLE OR THE ARAB COMMUNITY...

* Terrorists recently exploded several car bombs in Baghdad,
killing 17 innocent Iraqi children and several dozen innocent Iraqi citizens..... NO OUTCRY FROM THE IRAQI PEOPLE OR THE ARAB COMMUNITY...

* Terrorists have been killing American/Coalition soldiers
on a daily basis since we sent our troops, many of whom gave
their lives on Iraqi soil, used US taxpayer dollars to
liberate the Iraqi people... NO OUTCRY FROM THE IRAQI PEOPLE OR THE ARAB COMMUNITY...

* Four Americans were killed in Fallujah, their bodies were
burned, mutilated, dragged through the streets and hung on a bridge... while Iraqi people cheered and stoned the
bodies... NO OUTCRY FROM THE IRAQI PEOPLE OR THE ARAB
COMMUNITY...

AND NOW, A FEW IRAQI PRISONERS HAVE BEEN HUMILITATED (poor babies)... A PAIR OF WOMENS Underwear PUT ON THE PRISONERS HEADS, A FEW NAKED PHOTOGRAPHS... AND THE IRAQI PEOPLE AND THE ENTIRE ARAB COMMUNITY GO Ballistic... GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

As said, I don't condone what happened to the prisoners...
but until the Iraqi's and the Arab Community gets their act
together... I wish the American news elite would stop being
part of the problem and stop using this story to the benefit
of the Arab community.

I DON'T WANT MY PRESIDENT TO APOLOGIZE TO THE ARABS FOR ANYTHING! WE ARE AT WAR!

If anyone has access to the President or their Senators and
Representatives, you might want to forward this if you

And once again (Vrai!) a non democrat trying to make it sound they like are fending off a political attack from the left. UFB.

Had it been Ted Koppel, Dan Rather, Wolf Blitzer messing with the soldiers, then fine, say it is the media. But that wasn't it, so just cut the crap.

Just like Chris Rock when he was talking about the differences between black people and N's. He says the N's always talk about how they aren't that bad, that the media distorts their image.

"When I'm looking over my shoulder at the ATM at night, i'm not looking for the media! I'm looking for N's! Ted koppel and never stole sh!t from me, N's have!

At least your brother said that he didn't condone it. It wasn't the media that took those pictures. That humiliation had nothing to do with obtaining information from those prisoners. Tell me why they took those pictures?

I don't the details of the various tortures and deaths that saddam put people to, but I know damn well that if the guy was throwing my friends off buildings I'd keep my damn mouth shut before i was the next one learning to fly by trying to miss the ground (thank you doublas adams!). It seems pretty obvious to me.

The only chance they had of having an "outcry" would be to secretly organize (hard to do) and end up being called terrorists. :rolleyes: The problem is getting everyone to rise up at the SAME time. No one wants to be the first to put their neck out.

And this isn't any american revolution type thing where the technological/supply advantage isn't insurmountable. It'd be much more difficult and bloodier than back then. Guns with few munitions vs tanks and planes seems a little tough. To me there would be a similarity where we can compare U.S. military vs Iraqi military to Iraqi military vs Iraqi people. And that similarity is the fact that one is VASTLY superior to the other.

And again, i don't know the details but didn't they raise up after the persian gulf war and try to overthrow saddam after Bush promised help and got slaughtered because the guy went back on his promise?

For all you know, these are different groups of people making an outcry than the ones you claim didn't make before, anyway. The writer is lumping them all into one group.

As for cheering when american soldiers get killed and whatnot, I think the iraqis are happy to be rid of saddam, but they don't want us there either. They're sorta accepting the lesser of two evils. And they're not stupid, we're not only there to be altruistic and i bet they despise the lies this country spews out about only being there to protect freedom and "stop terrorists."

That's bullcrap. "If you agree with us, do a lot of work for what you believe in. If you disagree, please don't do anything to promote what you believe in yourself, but instead just ignore us and pretend we weren't here."

The e-mail is factually based but beyond that...... Interrogations are by nature Hell, right?

Are the American people so soft that they don't realize this? Do we really think that you walk up to a POW and say "Excuse me Sir, But could you please tell me where the WMD's are?"

It's totally assanine and a testament to the ultimate undoing of America!

We just dedicated the WWII Memorial.... People back then came together gave away their clothing, food, household supplies and supported the War and the troops.

Worst thing that ever happened to this country? The fricking Flower Power Hipee movement!

This subject really winds me up! :burning:
