If the police are worried about the Hells Angels and Pagans clashing in northern Calvert, why not let them fight?
In fact, if I were in charge of the police, I would use undercover informants to arrange a fight to the finish at a secluded location, so no innocent bystanders would be hurt. I'd have cops hidden around the area to arrest any gang member who tried to escape.
