Abortion Issues

Now, could this be someone trolling or making fun of the left? Sure. If this is a satire post, and the line is blurry when discussing liberals and their politics, then it's a good one. The scenario here might be fake, but it is very much a real one with the left regarding this case, July 4th, and how they all react to bad news. The entertaining quality here is that they're a joke. They've become a punchline—and they don't even know it. You know there are liberal families who hate this holiday and are using Dobbs to be glum. Amazon workers wanted a work stoppage over the ruling.

Ridiculous.This is just too stupid.

The Victim Blaming of the Victorious Right

Libby Emmons, editor in chief of the right-wing website The Post Millennial, was quick to place blame for the horrifying situation: Apparently, the pro-choice movement was the real culprit. Linking to the story, Emmons tweeted, “If only the pro-choice movement had focused on upholding ‘safe, legal and rare’ instead of advocating for abortion on demand and ‘shout your abortion’ there would have been enough mercy so that a 10 year old didn’t have to carry a rapist’s baby to term.”

At first glance, Emmons’s argument seems strange: How could the pro-choice movement be responsible for Ohio’s particularly harsh and inhumane anti-abortion law? It’s easy to dismiss her reasoning as just bad-faith deflection. But there’s something more at work: Blaming those who resist patriarchy for bad outcomes is a classic tactic of abusers to control their victims. “Don’t make me hit you,” is what an abuser says to exercise control. More and more, this victim blaming is also what we hear from the political right.

With a Supreme Court dominated by six Republican appointees, ranging politically from the reactionary Clarence Thomas to staunch corporate satraps like John Roberts, the right has an unprecedented stranglehold on power. It is using this dominance of the courts to rewire the legal system on issues ranging from gun control and environmental policy to police power, Indigenous land claims, and church/state relations. With rare exceptions, recent rulings have all featured innovations that pull the United States much further to the right.

But rather than enjoying their judicial triumph, many conservative pundits have adopted victim blaming, arguing that the left has brought their defeats on themselves, and that any bad consequences come from resistance to the right’s agenda.

In 2018, Washington Post columnist Kathleen Parker, a moderate Republican, mocked CNN commentator Jeffrey Toobin for arguing that the resignation of Justice Anthony M. Kennedy meant the end of Roe v. Wade. “If Chicken Little and Cassandra had a baby, they’d name him Jeffrey Toobin,” Parker argued. “No more reproductive choice; no more equal protection for the LGBTQ community; no more fun for anybody, except Jesus and his acolytes. The effect has been an unloosing of hysteria upon the land.”

Hollywood Actresses Warn That If Abortion Rights Are Taken Away, They Will Have To Pay For Expensive Nannies To Watch Their Kids While They Attend Award Shows

HOLLYWOOD HILLS, CA — Hollywood actresses are sounding the alarm over the undoing of Roe v. Wade, warning that if their right to abortion is stripped away they may have to hire expensive nannies to watch their unwanted children while they attend award shows.

"This is a disaster," said actress Jessica Chastain, who reads lines and occasionally disrobes onscreen in exchange for money and the occasional golden statue. "What will we do without our reproductive rights? THINK OF THE HOLLYWOOD STARS!"

At publishing time, the actresses also warned of an even more terrifying danger, as their immigrant nannies might now start having children of their own, making them unavailable to babysit for award shows.

Ohio lawmakers push suing men for pregnancy, ‘Life Day’ after Roe ruling

Sen. Tina Maharath, D-Canal Winchester, used both the Supreme Court decision and the state’s new ban as her push to introduce Senate Bill 262 that would allow a civil action against any person causing an unintended pregnancy or any person aiding or abetting someone to have caused an unintended pregnancy.

“Many women and girls in Ohio do not have the resources to either travel or afford having a baby. The average cost of giving birth in our state is over $15,000, and can rise substantially if there are complications,” Maharath said. “Too often, this cost is solely the mother’s to bear, especially in the case of an unintended pregnancy. However, the father shares equal responsibility for the pregnancy and it is only right that he pays equally for it.”

Maharath’s bill, which has been assigned to the Senate Judiciary Committee, calls for the minimum amount of damages awarded to be $5,000 plus court costs and attorneys fees. The statute of limitations would be five years.

Ohio AG Casts More Doubt On Story Of Child Rape Victim Cited By Biden In Pro-Abortion Speech

State Attorney General Dave Yost cast further doubt on the story in an appearance on Fox News.

“We have regular contact with prosecutors and local police and sheriffs,” Yost told Jesse Watters. “[There’s] not a whisper anywhere.”

Yost said he believes such a horrific case would not escape the attention of his office.

“My office runs the state crime lab,” he said. “Any case like this, you’re going to have a rape kit, you’re going to have biological evidence, and you would be looking for DNA. There is no case request for analysis that looks anything like this.”

Biden repeated a claim that seems to have originated in a July 1 Indianapolis Star report that quoted a doctor who said the girl was forced to travel to Indiana for her abortion. The doctor, Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist Caitlan Bernard, said she had been alerted by an Ohio “child abuse doctor” about the case. But Yost also pointed out that even after the Supreme Court’s ruling, Ohio’s so-called Heartbeat Law would have permitted an abortion in a case like the one described.

Abortion Doctor at Heart of #Shes10 Viral Horror Story Was Accused of Failing to Report Underaged Abortions

Dr. Caitlin Bernard loves the spotlight. The Indiana abortionist gets interviewed on television and in print whenever abortion laws seek to limit her big abortion business. Recently, Bernard’s claims about a 10-year-old rape victim who she says came across state lines from Ohio to Indiana for an abortion, went viral, and the attention Bernard is now getting might not be the kind she likes.

After PJ Media fact-checked this tale and could find no corroborating evidence, the Washington Post finally caught up and found the exact same thing. Now Bernard is under fire for either making up this story or not reporting a child rape to authorities, which she is required to do as a mandated reporter. Failure to do so could result in Bernard losing her medical license.

But some digging into Bernard uncovered that she has been in exactly this same kind of trouble before. Indiana Right to Life audited termination of pregnancy reports that are public records in 2018 and found that nine abortion doctors allegedly failed to report underaged abortions to the health department as required by law. Bernard was one of them.

Forty-eight consumer complaints have been filed against nine Indiana abortion doctors who have allegedly failed to follow the legal reporting requirements to protect young children from sex abuse. The doctors are: Jeffrey Glazer, Caitlin Bernard, Cassandra Cashman, Carol Dellinger, Mandy Gittler, Kathleen Glover, Martin Haskell, Resad Pasic and Sarah Turner. They are employed at all licensed Indiana abortion facilities: Women’s Med Center in Indianapolis, Clinic for Women in Indianapolis, and Planned Parenthood in Indianapolis, Lafayette, Bloomington and Merrillville. [emphasis mine]
Some of the girls under 16 years old who had abortions that weren’t reported to DCS were as young as 12 and 13. The alleged 48 instances of failure to report occurred since July 1, 2017. The 48 consumer complaints have been filed with Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill and the Indiana State Department of Health. The Marion, Lake, Tippecanoe and Monroe county prosecutors have also been notified.

The Left’s ‘Forced Birth’ Motif Is Just A Projection Of Its Own Lethal Force

Abortion Isn’t a Right

Yet the idea of abortion as a legally protected right is extremely new in the context of thousands of years of human existence, though it wasn’t uncommon among the Romans, the Aztecs, and other ancient civilizations to treat infants and the unborn as disposable. Human rights don’t spring up or die when “safe and effective” technology arises; human rights are as old as humans, since they come from their Creator, and are not dependent on technology.

It’s the same with abortion as it is with “sex change” surgeries. Your ability to alter your appearance to resemble that of the other sex or brutally remove another human life from existence with minimal physical damage to yourself does not create new “fundamental rights.” These are entitlements dreamed up by people desperate to free themselves from core realities of being physical humans, eager to drag other naïve humans along with them in a quest to “liberate” themselves of these pesky biological “constraints.”

We must suppose abortion advocates haven’t stopped to think that maybe deliberately destroying their own flesh and blood offspring is what’s messed up and unnatural and “forced,” even as they’re buying their organic food and their organic fertilizer and their organic cotton sheets. Going to a medical facility or taking medication at home to dismember or chemically dissolve their own babies is what is truly disturbing and disordered — not laws against doing so.

Abortion advocates, a group almost exclusively belonging to the left, will not allow the possibility that the desire for abortion might be an indication that either the circumstances or the woman’s mindset about motherhood or both are warped and unhealthy. Instead of helping women create external circumstances like mate choice, career choice, and social support that are more favorable to raising children, they double down on the disordered, the unnatural, the lethal “force” of abortion as a “human right.”

In a story that wasn’t widely reported at the time, a Democrat state representative in Ohio, Janine Boyd, proposed an amendment to Senate Bill 23 called “Exemption for African-American Women” that would have exempted black women from the heartbeat law—in other words, black babies with a detectable heartbeat could be indiscriminately killed by abortionists, but not white babies.

Boyd, the ranking member of the House Health Committee, introduced Amendment 0291during a committee meeting on April 9, the text of which stipulates that “African-American women shall be exempt from the requirements” of the abortion law. She told the committee at the time, “I consider the slave trade and how black slaves were once treated like cattle and put out to stud in order to create generations of more slaves. I consider how many masters raped their slaves. I consider how many masters forced their slaves to have abortions, and I consider how many pregnant slaves self-induced abortion, so that they would not contribute children they had to the slave system that was the foundational economic system of our country, our younger country.”

“And so I submit to you respectfully that our country is not far enough beyond our history to legislate as if it is,” she added.

And so the answer is to kill more black babies? How does that make any sense?

I know Democrats like Boyd will be disappointed to hear this, but slavery is no longer legal in the United States. I understand that pretending otherwise is a reliable way to bring in campaign contributions and gin up the base, but Boyd’s analogy is asinine. Moreover, why is a black Democrat pushing for separate and unequal abortion laws? Imagine the outrage if a Republican had introduced a bill stipulating that only black babies could be killed via abortion!

There's too much of this Ohio rape story to not believe its a set up. This happened on 6/22. Now they have arrested an undocumented man. Were the police involved from the beginning .? Then this Indiana abortion Dr starts talking. Did he break Dr/patient privilege .

Somehow it may come out that PP was involved and the family was told to go to Indiana to a Dr they know.

Exporting abortion isn’t just wrong from a diplomatic and moral perspective; it is illegal.

The fact of the matter is that there are standing laws — as well as longstanding international agreements — prohibiting this sort of practice. Perhaps the Biden administration is counting on most Americans to be unfamiliar with these policies. Maybe they think Congress isn’t paying attention to what the administration is exporting abroad, that Congress is unaware that such activities are besmirching the image of the United States, or that Congress is unwilling to investigate.

Exporting abortion isn’t just wrong from a diplomatic and moral perspective; it is illegal.

1. The Helms Amendment prohibits the use of U.S. foreign aid to pay for abortion.

2. The Siljander Amendment prohibits using funds for abortion lobbying.

3. A 1961 UN Convention prohibits interference with other nations’ internal affairs.

HIPAA Violation Allegedly Filed Against Abortionist Used As Sole Source For Story Of 10-Year-Old Rape Victim

“A source familiar to the situation” said Indiana abortionist Bernard’s employer “has filed a HIPAA violation against her for sharing details about the young patient,” Aishah Hasnie reported, referring to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, which was passed in 1966 “to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient’s consent or knowledge.”

The Fox News report added that it is still unclear whether the girl was forced to go to Indiana for legal reasons or simply referred to Bernard by the unnamed Ohio child-abuse doctor mentioned in The Indianapolis Star’s story. The original story said the Ohio doctor referred the girl to Bernard since she could not legally have an abortion in Ohio, but state Attorney General Dave Yost said Monday night that Ohio law would have allowed the girl to have an abortion in the state.

This Dr should have his license suspended or revoked. Or did he put the information out with the patients consent ( or parents since she is a minor). This story wasn't being talked about until Biden said it.

EVERY Abortion will now be and Emergancy

In a Monday press release, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced that through its Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), it had issued what it called “clarifying guidance on the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA)” on “abortion services in emergency situations.”

Congress passed the EMTALA in 1986 “to ensure public access to emergency services regardless of ability to pay,” by imposing “specific obligations on Medicare-participating hospitals that offer emergency services.” Specifically, under the EMTALA, a medical facility that runs an emergency room — which is not all health care facilities — must “provide a medical screening examination (MSE) when a request is made for examination or treatment for an emergency medical condition (EMC), including active labor, regardless of an individual’s ability to pay.” The law then requires hospitals “to provide stabilizing treatment for patients with EMCs,” with a hospital that “is unable to stabilize a patient within its capability” arranging a transfer to another facility.

The press release issued on Monday announced that HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra had written to health care providers in conjunction with the CMA’s issuances of a new memorandum purporting to explain the mandates of EMTALA “in light of the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

The Monster Who Raped the 10-Year-Old Ohio Girl Is an Illegal Alien... Now Watch the Story Vanish

Baby murder activists were giving each other high-fives when it was revealed a man had been arrested for the rape of a 10-year-old girl in Ohio. It proved that the victim in the story reported last week by most corporate news outlets and repeated by Joe Biden was real, debunking claims by many on the right (including me) that the story was likely made-up.

But we can now expect the story to disappear quickly because Gershon Fuentes, the man who has confessed to raping and impregnating the young girl, is an illegal alien. According to Jennie Taer at Daily Caller:

An ICE spox has confirmed to the @DailyCaller News Foundation that Gershon Fuentes, who allegedly raped a 10 year old girl in Ohio who had an abortion, was in the US illegally. More coming on this.

Even if we dismiss the fact that leftists were actually happy that a monster raped and impregnated a young girl because it promoted their agenda, we must not let them get away with hiding this inconvenient fact. They want the narrative to be all about abortion, but if we enforced our immigration laws and stopped allowing illegal aliens to stay in the country, this 10-year-old girl would never have had to have an abortion because she wouldn't have been raped.

Just as they do with stories about dozens shot every weekend in gun-controlled Democrat cities, they will try to bury this inconvenient fact. They want the story to be all about why they should be able to murder as many innocent babies as possible and not about the massive crime, drug, and economic problems derived from their open borders policies. It is incumbent on us to get the truth out there and prevent this from being swept under the rug.

So when is it found out the girl's parents are also illegal .? This whole story is about the abortion narrative. Look how tough it is to get an abortion.
