I just saw the weirdest thing happen. A group of six cars was coming down Route 4 towards the light at Ball Road in St. Leonard and one of the cars just locked brakes and spun out across the other lane of traffice and into the median. No cars were damaged just looked strange. Another car pulled over to check the status and then I saw the police and ambulance responding on my way north. Anyone know what the problem is/was?
