Honestly, I was up and down the stairs, couldn't keep up with it...

I think the cop is a corporal or captain. I think he has had other issues also, but didn't catch the whole thing.

Bet they learned a hard lesson in customer service. Actually, I wasn't there, however this cop has had other issues in the pass, can't wait to see how this unfolds...
