Fun game:

Let's say they are successful. Let's say the ACLU's gang wins, and then one of these people gets on board an airplane and detonates the plane, either with an explosive, or flying it into a beloved national landmark.


Who do you think they will blame for it?

Whose face do you think Richard Clarke will have his finger inches from?


Of course that wouldn't happen, because Bush & Co. are targetting innocent people.

... the TSA said Monday that it is seeking proposals from companies to run a pilot "registered traveler" program in which low-risk frequent fliers could avoid extra security inspections at airports by submitting to background checks.

I'd do it :shrug: I ain't got nuffin' to hide. I'd rather have my flying "PRIVILEDGES" halted a time or two than face another 9-11-type disaster again b/c the airports are lax on security.

Hmmm if the ACLU suit some how leads to another attack I wonder if the relatives of the victiams could sue the ACLU...
