When are businesses going to take their plexiglass partitions down? I'm so sick of it-bad enough most employees are still forced to wear a diaper to muffle their voice but then add the plexiglass and it makes for some awkward conversations with this old man who is hard of hearing. It was a stupid move from the beginning that did absolutely nothing to stop or slow the 'rona. It was never mandatory. I only put it up in my store to try to keep my favorite health inspectors happy (we know how far that got me). It came down the same day Hoagie Boy lifted the mask mandates last May. Even during my visit to Florida last week, I noticed most places still had them up, except Buc-ee's - they seemed to be a sane bunch. But I'm not sure how sane the Buc-ee's customers were...
