Auditions for Charot's Corner - send all headshots & résumés to audition@moocowentertainment.com. Tell us what role you're interested in (characters listed below). Audition date and times listed above.

POONER: clean cut, dresses nicely but never over the top, egotistical, selfish, dated Easton at one time. In the long run, when he looks outside of his own personal bubble, he gets what's going on and does have some shred of humanity, but then he acts as though he's entirely selfish. He gets by on the coattails of those around him but has done so well that he still has people that talk to him. He has deep rooted problems with his parents, mainly his mother.

GUNN: the atypical nerd who references video games and Star Wars, and may or may not have been a virgin a the beginning of the movie but comes off that he is. A bit naïve, but not too much so. He sees Pooner as a friend but can only handle his crap so much before he has to walk off and regroup. Gunn is also good, to as much of an extreme as possible. Won't pick a fight, won't poke fun, won't call people names, but doesn't really understand the world outside of World of Warcraft.

EASTON: I've always seen Easton as the balance between Gunn and Pooner. She keeps the sanity when Pooner is being too Pooner and Gunn is being too Gunn. She knows they both mean well and knows they both can do better and will try and do whatever it takes to build both up, positively. With that said, she also has dealt with Pooner for so long (and at one time dated him) she's beginning to pick up on his snarkiness and has grown a bit of a rough edge that shows from time to time mainly in sharp remarks and sarcasm.

PENNY: I'd call Penny the atypical love interest, but in all honesty, the half-cat thing always gets me. She's more than the atypical because she doesn't see what's on the outside at first glance. She waits to hold her own opinion about someone and even then, she gives them benefit of the doubt. She's caring, perky (a notch below hyper), and devoted to living life without hurting anyone. Like most cats, she also has a sexy/fiery/playful side that comes out from time to time.

CRIT: Crit is the lowest of the low mainly because he doesn't do anything to better himself. He doesn't wash often enough, doesn't grasp basic concepts, and is easily distracted by shiny objects. Crit is helpful only when he gets something out of it, and even then he'll forget he's trying to do something and does it wrong only because he wasn't thinking. Time doesn't seem to be something he can understand; he's inability to grasp these basic concepts has made him an outsider even among this group. His brash, slob-like attitude pushes the buttons of everyone enough to keep him an outcast - which he doesn't seem the understand. He's also stupid, probably from being dropped on his head at a young age.

EXTRAS: Several small speaking roles are available, including baristas and fast food workers.
