Action Exterminator?

Does anybody know what happened to Action Exterminator? They sent me the post card reminding me it was time for my annual pest treatment, but they no longer have any working phone number and they appear to have gone out of business.

Widget says they are open.

But, their website is showing as "parked" at GoDaddy.
Would venture the guess they went toes up.
