Ok, here's my issue. I have a form that was scanned in and is a pdf file. It needs to be filled out. My knowledge of Adobe is slim to none. I've inserted comments in text boxes and removed the border and color from the boxes. It looks perfect on the screen yet when I print it there are numbers beside each comment. How can I get those numbers off?

Be about it
Are the numbers that are printing out part of the original scan? Meaning that the on-screen text boxes are simply covering them up, but when you print it obviously that's not the case?

No, the numbers correspond to the comments. First comment I put in #1, second #2, etc. When printed they are beside the text plus I get an additional page with additional info as well, comment #, date/time comment was inserted, etc.

I just want the stinking text box without all the drama.

No it's a form I got off the Dept of State website. It's a scanned image. I'm trying to insert comments over it to fill it out. If that makes sense.

You can remove the name but cannot remove the date and time....
Unless you convert it to something else and edit using a different program...
