If you belong to Navy Federal, they have Financial Advisors there that are free of charge (at least they were for what we needed). We worked with Daniel Petrie at the Lex. Park branch and he was very good about putting our $$$ in good products, not necessarily the ones that were also "owned" by their own financial company. Our funds have done very well since they have been in those he placed them.
