I take the "on the ball" class at ProFitness Monday at 11:45. It's an hour of strength and sculpting, very challenging, but well worth it. The instructor is GREAT!

Sounds like you are looking for something along the lines of Jazzercise.

there's a place in the calloway shopping center that does only classes. They have every type of class avail. You can sign up per class or for a monthly fee. and they do have a daycare there for each class. Cant think of the name to save my life.

Express Workout or something along those lines......

It is called the Studio.

In Callaway they also have Ladies Workout Express which is like a Curves.
