Sad day.

A tech sergeant at Lackland Air Force Base was being escorted to a disciplinary proceeding by a senior non-commissioned officer Friday morning when the tech sergeant opened fire in the commander's office, killing the commander, a source with knowledge of the attack said.
The tech sergeant then killed himself. The senior NCO, a first sergeant, was uninjured, the source said.

Your title and the story both "suck".

A) 99.8 0/0 of the Air Force perform duties without arms
B) the sergeant in question was being escorted to a disciplinary hearing, where did the firearm come from?
C) what type of weapon was used to open fire and where did it come from?

Are you too lazy or to ignorant about the operations of how a computer works to do a search?

And...do you expect the LEOs to provide full and complete details of the investigation within hours of the occurrence?

Sort of funny after insulting their computer skills you post a link about housing and gen x instead of the topic.

Considering you can't get things right, looks like you're the ignorant one. The OP and your follow-on are nothing more than rumor mill reporting.

Seems the title is pretty accurate of what took place. How would you have worded the title?

I don't believe in sensationalized journalism. I would have ignored the story or looked for a better source.

Monello thinks he is king of the forum, now. Just keep that in mind. And, keep posting. I love your posts!

As far as the topic, I would say this was workplace violence. Not to mention that our military is controlled by a puppet on strings; and, also, that veterans are not being taken care of. It is enough to drive anyone insane. Patriotism is being stomped on everyday, and veteran suicides are astronomical. So sad. God bless, America, and thank you for every military member that sacrificed to keep this country free. It seems they are battling their own country, at this point. The corruption is more than we thought.

Of course it was workplace because it happened at work.
