"We will do a thorough job. We will not leave any stone unturned," said Scott Bloch, a Kansas lawyer appointed by Bush to head the agency in 2003. "We will be fair, we will be impartial, and we will be thorough."
Bloch confirmed that Rove will be a focus of his investigation.

The investigation centers on allegations that officials with the White House political operation improperly made presentations to employees in a number of federal agencies, encouraging them to find ways to support Republican candidates in the midterm elections.

Rove reminds me of John Ehrlichman.

You don't suppose the anti-Bushies will keep quiet and wait for the final determination by this agency do you? Wouldn't that be refreshingly fair?

Rove knows better than to violate the Hatch Act, especially since the Dems have been gunning for him so hard. It's probably a simple mistake - a staffer handed out pamphlets or something - but the Dems will use anything to start an investigation.

And I love how Clinton can sexually harass an employee, and the news dudes sit on the story, yet any time Karl Rove so much as ties his shoelaces, they're all over him. Nope, no media bias here.
