Young Aussie lady at work get rear ended pretty hard in her 2015 Nissan Rogue a week or so back, it was undrivable at the scene. She's been talking to me about how US insurance works and such. Told me the adjuster was making a damage estimate and seeking authorization to repair based on a walkaround. then mentioned that the adjuster told her that the Rogue, being a body on frame truck wasn't susceptible to totaling damage unless hit from the side.

In case you are wondering, it's the Lizard People company for both her and the at fault driver. Shady Effs.
