I got infracted for sarcasm in one post and another for saying that I saw thru someone from the start and that was Paige. I should get extra points for picking out the psychos, but I don't.

There's a lot of people that I wish would DIAF. Doesn't mean that it's gonna happen, or that I'll have anything to do with it if it does happen. If it did happen, I'm sure that I'd have a momentary feeling of guilt, but I'm sure that it'd pass really quickly.

You're right, of course. I should keep my laptop case under the seat so someone else can bring on their enormous suitcase and stow it overhead, lest they be inconvenienced by the dreaded baggage claim.

The policy on airlines is if you can fit your stuff in front of you, please put it there to allow for larger bags that CANT fit under seats to be put overhead. If you can fit it in front of you then you're supposed to. There isn't close to enough room overhead for each and every person to put an item up there. It sucks but that's how it is. NO airline works as you've idealized them. Maybe you should start one with more overhead space or smaller carry-on rules.

Actually, I pretty much feel like I paid just as much for my plane space as Ginormous Suitcase paid for theirs. So if they want to be an inconsiderate dick, there's no real reason why that should be my problem. I checked my suitcase, they can check theirs. And oh so sorry if it means they have to stand at the baggage claim with the rabble.

You did pay just as much so your premise is understandable. Airlines that charge the $15 per bag are basically saying they will reduce the overall ticket price and merely charge those who check baggage. So if you check a bag then you've paid more because you wanted the extra service. On airlines that don't charge that fee, then the people who carry bags on are paying for YOUR extra service. So in those cases, why on earth should you get your spot above if they didn't take their spot below? Sometimes you can't have everything.

You made a pretty funny comment...you call people who carry on luggage "inconsiderate dicks" for staying within airline regulations, yet you ignore the rules by insisting that your bag, that can fit under your feet, should be stowed above. Sounds like you're the one being inconsiderate.

Some flights have wi-fi now. You could ban people from 30,000 feet.

You need to be badder. I've had 4 names banned, others timed out, infracted...etc.

My infractions were for being mouthy, I didn't do something I knew was totally wrong. Then I would have been timed out.

And it sucked when you got banned after building up karma for a war!
