I thought UKC and CKC were separate. Uck is good...I call CKC the Crap Kennel Club..take a picture, if it looks good or you send them a picture of another dog, boom..you get registered.

They are I just never heard of the UKC before.

UKC stands for the United Kennel Club, and like AKC is a very old organization (over 100 years). It's not a fly by night kennel club like the CKC (Continental not Canadian, another good kennel club), or the ACA or any others that have recently popped up in the past ten years that will register as Cat mentioned on a picture alone. My understanding is that PB can be dual registered with both clubs (as can most breeds we're familiar with in the states) but under two different names, American staffordshire terrier (AKC) and American Pitbull terrier (UKC), which would explain this ad. All and all I'm impressed that they are showing the parents, but a little concerned they don't mention any health clearances - that to me would be almost a complete package breeder (extra points for breeders that do any competitive sports or volunteer work with their dogs
