Anyone deal with these guys? It's been over three months since we put a deposit on a shed - and nothing. I managed to get through to them on the phone ONCE, but they are extremely evasive. They have claimed that delays are all COVID and so on - but reviews on Yelp and BBB are consistent - they just don't deliver the product.

Sadly they have taken my money, and some of the reviews complaining (BTW - no one within the last five years has given them above a 1) said they either fight it - get taken to small claims court - or try to charge a 25% "breach of contract" fee (which I suspect is what's keeping them in business).

I'd reckon a call from your family attorney would get this cleared up right smart quick. What does your contract say in terms of delivery after deposit? Is there language that has special dispensation for COVID or other "acts of god"? Small-claims you can usually do yourself.

Any chance you made your deposit via credit card? I have Chase Sapphire Reserve and they can usually make quick work of this sort of thing. Refund your money and then the vendor you used has to fight with the card issuer, who has much larger pockets and better lawyers.
