234 crosses at two spots. How big is your boat? If it is small, you might be able to launch underneath the second bridge if you are driving down 234 from rt 301. Otherwise, you can give it a try down the access road off of 234 that is between the bridges, close to that second bridge. Neither place has an official launch ramp, though, and are only suitable for canoes/kayaks.
