I started keeping my alarm clock on my dresser, across the room from my bed and on the opposite side of which I normally sleep. I STILL hit snooze and walk back and climb back into bed :lol:

Perhaps this method might work if I placed the clock in the bathroom down the hall..... :ohwell:

I never understood why this is an issue. If your alarm wakes you up, and you choose to shut it off and go back to sleep, that is your failure not the alarms. Have a bit more self control.

The round thing goes between the mattress and the box spring; tends to startle the heavy sleeper awake. I know whereof I speak.
