Alexa could detect whether you're having a heart attack, study suggests

Researchers say that Alexa, some iPhones and Androids could be used to detect if you're having a heart attack by listening to your breathing patterns.

In the future, your home's voice assistant may be able to recognize when you're having a heart attack by listening in for critical indicators like abnormal breathing and gasping sounds.

So, your "assistant" is listening, even when you didn't ask it to. We've discussed this before.
