Ocasio-Cortez frantically urges everyone to report ICE sightings, hide fugitives in your homes

The open border faction in the United States largely responsible for the mass flood on humanity overwhelming the southern border issued a call to arms on Saturday to assist illegal aliens who are defying court-issued deportation orders.

Leading this defiant stand against the federal government and the rule of law was Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., who warned of the impending raids that were later be called off by President Donald Trump to give House Democrats more time to do their jobs and deal with the ongoing immigration crisis.

In picking up on leaked media reports on the raids, which Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Mark Morgan called “egregious,” saying it “puts the lives of the officers and agents at risk,” Ocasio-Cortez shared tips from the left-wing open border group Raices Texas on how illegal aliens should react if ICE agents show up.

The freshman lawmaker, who accused ICE of operating concentration camps on the border, also called for tracking and reporting where the agents are — the safety of the agents be damned.

Hmm encouraging people to 'hide' illegal immigrants

I found a recent article that claims she's no longer very popular in her district.

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...ked-untrusted-unwanted-in-her-own-ny-district

I do however see some problems with the results - even though other polling has found her favorability ratings
just hovering over 50% in a district heavily Democratic.

The most glaring one is that substantial number of persons in her district either aren't sure who she is,
know much about her or have any kind of opinion. This baffles me. The percentages they created are also based
on responses, because on each question there are a large number of refusals. Not being a pollster, I don't know
how refusals are typically handled, but I don't think I would treat them as nulls.

In any case, I wouldn't be surprised if she gets beaten in the next primary. The district may be Democrat, but
it doesn't mean they have to nominate her again.

The poll is a poorly disguised partisan hackjob.

With that being true, it is probably correct that few people in her district actually know who she is and what she stands for. Something like 9% of the electorate voted for her in the ambush primary. In the general election, they would have voted for anyone with a (D) behind their name. Could have been 'Qwerty Asdfg (D)' and she would have gotten elected on a pro alphabet platform.

Yeah, it doesn't help when the leader of the party - Pelosi - says a glass of water could have been elected in your district if it had a 'D' after the name.

Says a lot about those "Oh, so informed" voters we keep hearing about.

It's amazing how much vitriol you have towards someone who has little impact on your life unless you live ij her district.

You people are pitiful and so easily told who to hate and what to believe.

She's already become detested in her district....probably in part because she's taken it on herself to mandate how all the rest of us live, while at the same time blowing up the Amazon deal back home..

Detested seems like a stretch. I thought the recent polling showed that, perhaps even worse, the majority of people in her district don't even know who she is.

I don't hate her. I hate the destructive ideology she promotes. As she and her extremist faction are taking over one of the two major political parties, she does have a potential of affecting my life.

I saw an article describing some outright hostility towards her as a direct consequence of the credit she has gotten for screwing up that deal.

Jut as all members of Congress do regardless of their district.

How So .. Be Specific

Oh where to begin. It was commissioned by a anti-AOC PAC. Only the first two questions are actual open ended poll questions, the rest just lead into a push-poll type of attempt to affect the poll subjects opinion on the issue. Also, instead of listing a percentage of individuals who declined to answer a particular question, they just eliminated them to arrive at their numbers. If those questions were in fact asked in that order, the only valid answers are those to the first two questions:
  • are you familiar with AOC
  • do you have a favorable or unfavorable opinion of AOC.

No hate, but concern.
Allegedly has a degree, but was tending bar.
Claims to be Alex from the Bronx but grew up in a upscale neighborhood in Westchester Count.
Came out of nowhere (no record, etc) to unseat an incumbent.
Money flowing in from outside groups to a non-profit (her boyfriend runs) that in turn fronts her campaign money and services.
She is clearly representing the Open Borders group (see George Soros)
No clue about economics but is pushing a expensive socialist agenda
Because she's getting attention, (media, late night tv) she's driving the democratic party to the far left
Let's see, reckless comments about concentration camps and Hitler - clearly has no understanding of the laws in the US and internationally on Asylum and Refugees.
Oh, makes wild claims, stammers and generally comes off as a vapid airhead, yet the media stands up and applauds.

She has all the hallmarks of a Trotsky, a Lenin and Mao.

That does not discount the fact people in her district do not like her .... many are mad at her for helping kill the Amazon Dea.

That's because they wanted those slave wages and benefits.
In the mean time she's crying poor mouth for a congressional pay increase.
Can't live on almost $200K plus other allowances in the DC area.
