All Day Early Learning Center/Preschool Program

I'm looking for recommendations for an early learning center/preschool that has an all day program. My son will be 3 in May and I'd like to get him enrolled into an early learning center environment. Preferably, I'd like to find something between Saint Leonard and Dunkirk as I drive route 4N to work but I could also entertain the idea of something from Lusby, south to California area (hubby's route to work).

If you have any good (or better) experience with a location, I'd love a little information: name, location, approximate weekly rate.

Also, if you have specific bad experiences with a particular place, it'd be nice to know that also so I can take than into account when looking around and stay away from troublesome places.

I don't believe any day care offerese a preschool type program for 3 year olds. I know the 3 I've been involved with all started at 4 and/or 5. However, they will gain lots of wonderful experiences in the right daycare setting and although they do not have a set state approved pre-school program for their specific age range, they are always teaching in the classroom setting!

Well, I've had a recommendation for Kids Campus in Dunkirk. They're an early learning center and they have a structured all day program for 3 year olds. The lady I spoke with said that they're currently working to get accreditation from the state. And according the MDSE (Maryland State Department of Ed) website Kids Farm is one of the approved nonpublic preschools in Calvert county. Source: Maryland State Department of Education Nonpublic Schools

Anyhow, I'm not necessarily stuck on a school that is state certified. I'm really just looking for some recommendations at this point since I only know one preschool age child in the area.

You Are Loved Child Care Center is in St. Leonard. It is located at Crossroad Christian Church in St. Leonard on the corner of Ball Road and Rt. 4. Their hours are from 6 am to 6 pm. They do preschool activities-have structured play, learning times, etc. In addition, they have 2 year old to pre-school age programs and before/after school programs. You can call them at 410-586-1661. There are openings now.
