I remember a lot of these stories; I just figured everyone got away with it. In the spring and summer, there were a lot of cases of Republican campaign headquarters getting windows smashed and in one case - sprayed with bullets - after hours. While it's true that being on the receiving end of this neither makes you more 'right' or 'wrong', I'm baffled by two things - one, what made them think that this kind of treatment would HELP their cause, and two - a lot of Dems I know were kind of like "YEAH, wish I'd done that". That's just crazy. If you can't make your case with logic and facts, rocks and violence make a poor substitute.

Among those sentenced Wednesday were Sowande A. Omokunde, the son of Rep. Gwen Moore, D-Wisconsin, and Michael Pratt, the son of former acting Milwaukee Mayor Marvin Pratt.

"I love my son very much. I'm very proud of him," Moore said. "He's accepted responsibility."
Nice.
