All of us sin.

Romans 3:21 But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22 This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. 25 God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished— 26 he did it to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.
27 Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded. Because of what law? The law that requires works? No, because of the law that requires faith. 28 For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the law. 29 Or is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles too? Yes, of Gentiles too, 30 since there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith. 31 Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law.
I should admit... I am not living in Apache Junction, Arizona. It's going to be 119 degrees here today and we haven't had rain in well over a month. Parking a hot car over grass could cause a fire that will burn us out in no time flat. The ER is filling with people who fell on the asphalt and suffered third degree burns. If this isn't a sign of hell on earth, then I don't want to go anywhere near the real hell. This is really, really, hot! And cool, clean water is getting scarce. Ironic huh... writing about sin and judgement in this hellish place.

We all sin!!! It's a fact. No matter how perfect we try to be on our own.... We are just no-good-nicks! We all have a judgement coming. Even Mother Tereasa had to go through Judgement. She was probably judged to be a good woman who did all she could to show a Christian Witness... But make no mistake... she too went through Judgement.

Now... when I was twelve... I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. On that day... All the stuff I did before that day was forgiven. I became a child of God. The time I called Ellen's dad a lush just to hurt her.... was forgiven. The time I smacked my sister because she touched my doll... was forgiven.

BUT from that time on.... I'm a child of God's family. If I tell someone something hateful to hurt them, it's a sin.... and God will still judge me for that... as a child not a stranger.

We are all sinners. We have all done things that caused Jesus to be put on that Cross for our sins. Jesus paid the price. He still loves us enough to invite us to be part of His Family. We all start with a clean slate when we enter the family. If we do wrong after we get into the family.... We still get our butts smacked. Like I said... it's for our own good.

We all sin... all the time! Ask you preacher.... if he's honest he will tell you... I am right. If he doesn't admit that even Christians will be judged for what they did once they became a Christian... then he's a fake... run.... run....

All of us sin.
