alterations

I was wondering if you can recommend a tailor. I need my daughters prom dress altered, pants adjusted and various other stuff. In Saint Mary's county.

The gal at WOW cleaners also in St Mary's Square did a fantastic job on my wedding dress. Had to have the bodice taken in and the hem done. The bodice is form fitting with out being tight and you can't tell that it wasn't made that way. Took her less than a week, VERY reasonable price. The dress was free of dangling threads, cleaned and pressed when I picked it up. I had been told that she could be difficult to get along with....I had no problems. We were laughing and having fun while she made her notes on where the dress needed altered.

The lady at Lexington Park Cleaners (next to the Dollar Store, on Great Mills Road) is really good. I have been getting dry cleaning there for years and have had pants, suits, daughters dresses and such altered. She does a great job and prices are reasonable.
