Warning If you have an HMS warrenty do not use ALVICO for your heating and air. Long story short our ac unit died the 2nd of June, they could not come out until the begining of July to replace the until (and coil)..and it's dead again 6 weeks later!!!!! They were a no show for last weeks appt! Ok end of rant.

Warning to ALL home warranty holders with HVAC...don't do it again. It's a huge pain in the ass for everyone involved. From the homeowner to the HVAC contractor to the business which the HVAC contractor purchased the equipment from. You are better off sticking with the warranty that your equipment comes with. Check with your contractor before purchasing to see what the manufacture warranty is. You will get WAY quicker service then a home warranty.
