The HHS' "National Plan to Address Alzheimer's Disease" said Black, Hispanic and low-income populations are more likely to face health-related risk factors that contribute to Alzheimer’s and said this disparity is due to "structural inequities" that are the result of racism. Those inequities include "underinvestment in education systems, less walkable communities, decreased access to nutritious food, barriers to health care access and low quality of care in their communities."
The report recommended that one way to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s is to focus on "cultural competence and equity."
Under Investment in Education - WTAF ... billions are spent on Education
Less Walk-able Communities - WTAF is that supposed to mean, there are no sidewalks in the inner cities
Decreased Access to Nutritious Food - who is stopping Blacks from purchasing Healthy Food
Barriers to Healthcare - WTF was the POINT of Obamacare ?
Low Quality Care - somehow this Whitey's Problem ... where are all those Minority Doctors imported from overseas going ?

They would just have to follow the examples of the Asian community in America to see a competent minority culture. They do exist, if you look. But most are too busy looking for today's racist target and being a victim of said target. Today Alzheimer's, tomorrow peanut butter, or mini vans. No telling what item they will pick next.
