Does anyone know of a phone prompt listing for tech support for ABB? You know....press #1 for cable internet, press #3 for whatever......

Spending over an hour to reach someone by phone is terribly annoying.

I don't. But I hope they are better than Delta. I thought it was a joke when they said it was a 5 hour wait. I tried from 11am thru 530pm (phone and chat). No luck. I finally shamed them on Twitter at 530pm, but that took another 3 hours...

Doesn't always work, but if you press '0' when it asks for a number press, many times it forwards you to a person.
