An all-amputee team of military veterans have rowed across the Atlantic and into the history books after tackling the annual Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge to raise awareness of life beyond injury .

Four wounded military veterans have earned their place in the history books after becoming the first all-amputee team to row across an ocean.


British team Row2Recovery docked in Antigua's English Harbour shortly after 4pm GMT following their record-breaking 3,000-mile journey from the Canary Islands.


Lee Spencer, 46, Nigel Rogoff, 56, Paddy Gallagher, 30, and skipper Cayle Royce, 29, who have three legs between them, set a new world record thanks to their incredible determination and endurance.
