In my life I have heard some terms for people that didn't make much sense.
One of those terms is "You speak like a man with a paper ass."
If you look it up in the Urban dictionary it is described thusly "Also, talk like a man with a paper ass. Refers to an individual that lacks substance. Can't back up his big talk, bragging."
Another google answer was this "
It's a line out of the 1980 movie, 'Heaven's Gate'. Nate (Walken) says to Jim (Kristofferson), 'You're beginning to sound like a man with a paper asswhole.'
It means you're someone who is full of sheit. Roughly analogous to saying you are talking out of your ass.
Now IMO either of these descriptions of a man with a paper ass matches Joe Biden to a "T".
Even before he got dementia.
