Al Qaeda does not exist and never has

Interesting comments below article.

...in fact I say it all the time that it is important to listen to the words of your opponents, as a rule, in order to best understand where they are really coming from and, hence, how best to emphasize ones own argument in order to win the intellectual debate.

The DU is an exception to this rule. There is more to learn on bathroom walls at bus stations. Often, forestal makes more sense then that intellectually stagnant cesspool.

The United States had never heard of the Mafia either, and some still swear IT doesnt exist.

Some swear there is no organised crime ,I would suppose those same people will swear there is no organised training of terrorists.

You can make up any name you wish for what exists, Al Qaeda ,I suppose is as good a name as any. Whatever you wish to call it there is in existence an organised Islamic movement which uses terrorism, bombs, extortion , kidnapping, fear tactics, murder ,to expand their mission to force the world into the radical Islamic theology they insist upon.

Anyone who denies that is a fool, and to believe that it is all a figment of George Bush's imagination are the thoughts of fools.

That's right, Usama Bin Laden has been caught too.

The mastermind of 4000 American deaths remains a free man....

Mission Accomplished...

I don't believe the Iraq War was designed to find OBL. The mission was designed to remove Saddam from rule in Iraq. He was and the mission was accomplished.

But then, as a liberal fool, you can only throw sand in the hopes someone will be confused by your tripe.

OMFG.

did you really just say that?

One..nobody claimed the goal of the "Iraq War" was to find OBL.

The goal after 9/11 was to find the bastard(s) who designed/carried out/were in charge of the plan and to capture/kill them. That is where OBL came in...
we're just going to go back to having the "War in Iraq" be something pursued by George W. to finish what daddy started...and i'm not going to argue on that one...just wanted you to get your facts straight before you started an arguement about it :yay:

point being though.

our goal was to get OBL. we then used the smokescreen of him to have some reason to pursue Hussein. I still can't believe SOME people actually think that George W. has done anything majorly productive in his "leadership" of our country.

Oh come now...

...all you have to do is quit that quaint 'I am an American first' stuff for just a moment and just look at it through the eyes of a 'world' citizen and you'll see great things by this administration.

When you consider he beat Al Gore and John Kerry, I'd say he was highly productive...:coffee:

I thought it was for cheap oil.

I thought it was only for the non-existent WMDs.

Nothing to do with Saddam's actions... at all. In fact, he was just eating pie and having a nice cup of joe when Bush just picked a fight for absolutely no reason at all.
