Has it ever been anything other than pay to play - nations buying access? If it were strictly a charity, why do donations increase as she runs for President and disappear when she loses? Why does she get increased donation as SoS - and then less when she leaves the position?

What probably will NOT come out - is the one donor that stands above the others -- Ukraine. And other foreign donors saw their military aid increase if they donated during her tenure as SoS.

1. Did you actually read the 3 year old article or just pull these pieces off of some other freak's twitter page?

In response to additional questions, a foundation spokesman, Brian Cookstra, this week said that it accepted the $1 million gift from Qatar, but this did not amount to a “material increase” in the Gulf country’s support for the charity. Cookstra declined to say whether Qatari officials received their requested meeting with Bill Clinton.

2. Did Hillary Clinton have control over the accounts? Or was all this the work of foundation employees?

3. Did she use donated funds to benefit herself in any way? (you know like buying oversized painted self portraits or paying taxes/fines/penalties on properties she owned at the time?)
