Not by the picture. But the article says wires in the roadway, SMECO on the way, so closing the road seems a no brainer.

Seems to be an average of one single vehicle collision with trees/poles/ditches per day lately. Perhaps the state highway department should remove those trees and poles and ditches so people can't hurt themselves.
