I know just how Biden intends to do away with systemic racism.
WITH REVERSE RACISM. It's worked all along for lowering standards in granting jobs to minorities, It's worked all along in granting promotions to blacks and with writing Chittling tests. Affirmative action in everything and it will never stop.
He can call it doing away with racism all he wants, but it is merely catering to blacks .
Biden certainly recognizes white racism, but he and others deny black racism. They deny it exists, but when the shoe gets on the other foot it will be whites who are the victims of racism. Reverse racism.
