And while I'm complaining...

Since I'm unloading this morning, I've had it up to here with Breton Medical Group as well. Whenever I'm in there, I feel like I'm a big sweaty hog being herded as food by a superior being. Plus if I take one more antibiotic, I think I may become totally immune to their effects.

Anyone know a good family doctor that's taking new patients. I'm in the Leonardtown/Lexington Park area.

Breton is sickening!!! The office (San Souci) is never clean, and the people aren't the most polite either. I just switched from there to a good family doctor in Prince Frederick. Not sure who's good in the Lex. Park area, but good luck.

Dr. Wilkinson, St. Clements Medical Group in the Wildewood Plaza on the other side of the doctor's office that is already there. If that made sense. Anyway number is 301.866.5400 andf I love this man and the other doc in his practice will see you if there is an emergency and he is unavailable (the man leaves a contact number at all times). Wonderful! I have no complaints and he answers all my stupid questions, sees me on short notice, etc.

:yeahthat:

The doctors don't even pretend to give a rat's ### about your problems either.

What a dump. I first started going there because I worked right up the strip from it, and it was convenient and nice, but now it's worse than the DMV.

A friend referred me to Dr. Jeffrey Brown in Leonardtown. I just started going to him last September. I've only been once, but he seemed like a really good doctor.

I'm going to see his assistant (he's out this week) tomorrow for a referral to a therapist. My shoulder has detiorated again since I started playing baseball again.

Sounds like what I'm looking for. Thanks for the pointer. I'll see if I can give him a yell at lunchtime.

I second that. Nancy is wonderful.

I switched my daughter from a pediatrician to Dr. Browns practice - she was seen with the new doctor with the practice - I can't remember her name - but she was absolutely great. She loved her!!

He is highly recommended by all of my family and others. He is the ONLY one I trust...and I have severe doctor phobia- and also- he knows what the heck he is doing. he found something a specialist couldn't

Well I know I looked and looked for a doctor in St. Mary's county, and either I picked bad days to go or they were all having bad hair days, but when I am sick or don't feel good, the last thing I want is someone else's problems. Plus Dtr. W, is just starting his practice so for now you can always get in and he is very eager to help. Gotta love it. (Plus he is cute)

Well, I guess the big question is if he's accepting new patients. I'll know shortly.

Heh, heh... Cute is not a factor for me.

If it was, my wife would probably have some serious questions, followed by some deep soul searching in her immediate future.

I'm seeing Nancy tomorrow.. never met her before.
It's more of a formality for my health-insurer. I just need her to give me a referral to a specialist for sports-injuries.

Sounds like my Pediatrician's office. They always over book. It takes forever to get in and get out. We were in there for 4 hours one day for a scheduled appointment. From the time he came in saw us and released us it was less than 10 min. That was Dr. Sheth's office.
