Android Tablet error retrieving information from server

need to bring in our android tablet - any suggestions on a company that is good on software glitches? trying to use google play store - worked just fine before - now gives "error retrieving information from server RPC:7" - have done a hard reset and cleared out all data, done a clear cache in application manager and set up a new google email account per you tube suggestions - still gives the error.

Log onto the google store on your PC. You can initiate a download from the PC to the tablet. There will be a drop down available of all devices it knows under your logon name. Might be able to push the load from the server rather than pull the load to the tablet.
