so, Angie Also-Brooks still owed the DC Government $59,000 in illegal tax credits she received since 2003... Recently, she was given a "bye" if she paid by today.... Well, somebody cut a check for about $17,000, obviously leaving a still unpaid balance.

DC Government says Angie knew all along she was not entitled to this property in DC.
