A couple weeks ago I personally witnessed one of Spring Ridge's finest verbally taunting a cheerleader who had smacked her daughter and threatening to physically attack her if she touched her daughter in front of her........she actually had to be restrained by her hoodlings. :duh:

It's not so uncommon. I saw a similar video (TV) where a father (who was the football coach) toss a member of the opposite team because he tackled his son.

Yes, I remember that from a few months back also.

What do you mean by this statement? Please rewrite it so that it makes sense.

It may be common in other sports but It's EXTREMELY rare in wrestling!

That dad ought to be forced to spend 6 minutes on the mat HIMSELF then be tossed out on his ass.

Edit:

After watching the video, I think the dad ought to be brought up on criminal charges as well. He's a coach himself, his son was not in any danger of being injured, the ref was on top of the action, and the father jumped in and pushed the boy FORCEFULLY out of the ring

I agree. You'd think there would be an assault charge. I'm curious why there's not.

The boy who was thrown and his parents were on the Today show this morning and the mother said they wanted the other father charged with assault while they were still at the event, but the police officer would not do it. He said it was because there was no "malicious intent", if I'm remembering correctly....I guess meaning he was trying to "protect" his own child. I think he should have been charged, he THREW that child through the air.
