hmmmmmm
didnt i post a link, i believe it lists everything thats in it.

:lmao: It wasn't nutritional facts, just what's in it. It doesn't tell you how many milligrams of each ingredient so you really don't know what you're getting. Instead of individually listing all the vitamins it says "all the b vitamins" and "grapeseed extract" is missing the "p", so it throws up a red flag for me.

This makes me laugh....

Q: Can I take Animal products with other supplements?
A: Yup. You can take Animal supplements with other supplements, including protein shakes, meal replacement powders, creatine, aminos like glutamine, BCAAs, etc. Specifically, a product like Animal Pak can even make your other supplements work better. How? Many of the supplements you take depend on certain enzymes and catalysts in your body. If you’re nutritionally deficient, then the supplement you take won’t work well. Animal Pak will make sure everything you take works.

Just so you know, taking extra vitamins does nothing, your body takes what it needs and you pee out the rest. You're pissing your money away literally.

While not a big deal, the one knock some people have against Universal's Animal Pak is the number of pills in a pack - 11.

They've added whey into the mixture (and since reformulated) to help absorption since a multi-vit will allow faster absorption than waiting for the body to digest food.

AST makes a very good multi-vitamin as well :yay:

I was just getting ready to grab some more vitamins.... Think I'll give em a try. Has anyone tried the Animal Flex? I've used Animal Cuts before with pretty good results. Just wondering if all their products work aswell.

Yes, Animal Flex works very well. Animal Omega is good. M-Stak, Stak and Pump are also good.
