Does anyone know what the website for the animal shelter is? My brother is looking to adopt a dog and i want to show him what is over there. TIA

Department of Emergency Services 911 Fire/EMS Communications - Tri-county Animal Shelter - animal information on the right hand side of the page.

Humane Society of Charles County, Maryland - Charles County Humane Society

Remember - those shown on the websites are NOT the only ones they have. Best to go and look for himself. Never know when "the one" will catch your eye.

Don't forget all of the local rescue organizations too. Can find most of them at Pet adoption: Want a dog or cat? Adopt a pet on Petfinder. Fill in the information on the left hand side. Can just search on "dog" and zip code for those close or put in specific information such as size, age, breed, etc.
