Thanks guys.

I'd rather not fool w/ the registry myself, so I was wondering if there was s/w that will do it for me? I've dl'ed a few virus/trojan agents, but to no avail. :ohwell:

Lavasoft's Ad-Aware does a great job of fixing these type problems, and it's free.

Ay yi yi......

Thanks, Ken. I tried the Ad-Ware but that didn't work either. :burning:

I've tried something called Trojan Remover, and a multitude of other programs. Any other suggestions??? This is so flippin' aggravating. Everytime I run a new program, it finds tons more spyware, etc. than the previous program did.

If your system is infected and you're ready to throw in the towel, give TQCI a call (http://www.tqci.net). They do system cleanups (virus/spyware/malware removal). If you don't already have a firewall and anti-virus installed, they'll also install free software to handle this for you.

My ISP is Cox....wonder if they would do the same:confused:

Call and ask. I'll throw in a good word for TQCI, though in case Cox won't do anything like that. :yay:

Why do you say that? We've done business with them for 8 years and have always been very happy.

I know things, lots of things. I have seen things, from the old Ameritel takeover days till now. I know you use them to host and what not. The things I have to say other than what I posted would be done in PM between me and you, cause like I said I know they host this board.
