I just spoke with the St. Clement's Island-Potomac River Museum in Colton's Point and they advised the following about the Annual Blessing of the Fleet.
- The Friday night Osprey Gala fundraiser will go on as planned.
- The remainder of the events will only take place on Sunday, October 05 as opposed to the entire weekend as would normally be the case.
- The blessing will be performed from an onshore stage as opposed to the Maryland Dove which would normally be anchored off the shore of St. Clement's Isand.
- The Mass will follow at approximately 3:30 p.m. This will conclude the public events.
- There will be no boat trips to St. Clement's Island due to pier/dock damage.
- Parking is limited due to storm damage.
