Damn,. They threw the book at him.
Police don't like it when you run.

Leon might have just destroyed his future.

Again this charge stuff bothers me.

- Driving vehicle while under the influence of alcohol

- Driving vehicle while impaired by alcohol

- Driving vehicle while so far impaired by drugs and alcohol cannot drive safely

How is that not summarized by the third charge? There were separate charges for the actual accident, so this is only related to driving impaired and not the consequences of driving impaired.

That's like charging someone for j-walking one step over the curb, advanced j-walking for making it halfway across the street, and super-j-walking for making it all the way across the road.

Its for his lawyer to pick & choose which one to plea to.

No worries. He'll be back on the air real soon with all charges dropped, and a sincere apology, due to the misunderstanding that the police thought that he was a White driver.

You are probably right. I would bet he pissed the cops off by mouthing off to them.

When I turned to channel 4 last week to see Doug's forecast, I wondered where Leon was.

district court judge sentenced Harris to one year with all but 10 days suspended, meaning he will have to spend 10 days in jail, at most.
