The best part of the story is about the raid in April and then, 7 months later, they raid again and find the same illegal items. Why was this idiot allowed to continue to do this for 7 months AFTER they already caught them???

Well...that's great. But I've still seen no news about anyone getting arrested for all the checks stolen from within the sorting centers.
Right. I had family whose checks got snatched at the Capital Heights distribution center. That was a mess. The cleaned checks were rewritten and cashed at a bank in Pennsylvania.

The ones that were stolen from us and actually cashed. were deposited to addresses all over the country. According to my bank rep, the actual owners of those accounts are seldom involved; their banking info was hacked and used to wash the stolen checks.

According to the story, these thieves has a master Arrow key. They could have stolen those checks from any number of post office boxes including those within the sorting center.

Interesting...I was not aware there were locked post office boxes inside the sorting center. How does that work?

Not a single one of the business owners I know that had checks stolen, had them stolen from anywhere but inside the sorting center somewhere. We know that because at least 5 somd post offices were where the checks were mailed before being stolen...all of them from inside the post offices.
