Navy destroyer USS John Finn's commander was fired. Commander Gonzalez ( a Hispanic woman) was fired because of loss of confidence .

According to reports, this is becoming common. Although it's "a personnel matter", why is this happening? Is it "woke" isnt working? Or, is it clearing the debris for new "wokes" ?

It makes you wonder.

The most infamous female commanding officer is the Sea Hag, Holly Graf. Fast tracked to be the first female destroyer commanding officer, those that served with her said she fell way short of what was expected as far as experience. But she made up for her lack of experience by berating everyone around her 24/7. The navy finally sent her packing but allowed her to keep her pension.

Captain Holly Graf was the closest thing the U.S. Navy had to a female Captain Bligh.

A Navy admiral stripped Graf of her command of the Japan-based guided missile cruiser U.S.S. Cowpens in January. The just-released IG report concludes that Graf "repeatedly verbally abused her crew and committed assault" and accuses her of using her position as commander of the Cowpens "for personal gain." But old Navy hands tell TIME that those charges, substantiated in the IG report, came about because of the poisonous atmosphere she created aboard her ship.

"Ultimately, the entire crew broke out in cheers when she was relieved..."
